What will you learn?

You will learn what it takes to build and grow a consulting company. You will work across the three things that drive our growth: package what we know and continuously develop, sell it to the right clients and recruit great people.

What you will do

Your role is to make NewCore grow, by creating more opportunities, building stronger client relationships, and improving the quality of the clients and people we bring into the company.

Your work will include:

Growth & Strategy

• Define and refine NewCore’s growth priorities and focus areas

• Shift from reactive to structured, scalable, and repeatable growth

• Connect market needs to how we position and evolve our offering

Packaging & Positioning

• Package capabilities into clear, differentiated, and scalable offerings

• Structure consultant experience into relevant, usable propositions

• Support messaging and communication to strengthen visibility and clarity

• Support communication and messaging together with our communication function

Sales & Customer Development

• Drive outreach and generate relevant new client opportunities

• Build relationships and engage actively in client dialogue

• Understand challenges and shape how NewCore creates value

Talent & Company Building

• Drive recruitment end-to-end, from first contact to hiring

• Ensure client growth is matched with the right people

• Strengthen NewCore’s position as an attractive long-term employer

You have

• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or similar, graduating/graduated 2023–2026

• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and fluency in English

• Strong analytical ability and structured thinking

• A strong interest in business, technology and how companies grow

• The ability and curiosity to use AI tools and vibe coding to build simple solutions and agents

• Experience in sales, recruitment, entrepreneurship, project management or networking is a plus
