Recruitment process FAQs:

  • How do I apply?

    All our open positions are published on our Careers page, and we only accept applications submitted online.

    When you click Apply, you will be directed to an application form where you can:

    • Enter your personal information

    • Add a link to your LinkedIn profile

    • Answer a few evaluation questions

    • Upload your CV

    • Record a short video introduction

    The video introduction is optional, but we highly appreciate it, as it gives us an opportunity to get to know you better at an early stage.

    We review applications on a rolling basis and do our best to keep all candidates informed throughout the process.

  • What are the steps in the recruitment process?

    We aim to make our recruitment process as efficient, transparent, and quality-assured as possible.

    The process begins with a screening interview. During this conversation, we will introduce NewCore and the role, while also learning more about you, your experience, and your motivation.

    Next, you will complete logic and psychometric assessments through our partner, Alva Labs.

    The third stage is a competency-based interview, followed by an interview with our CEO, during which you will present a business case.

    The final stage includes reference checks and a shorter conversation about our company culture, what you can expect from us, and what we can offer you.

    Before making your decision, you will also have the opportunity to meet the team.

  • I've just applied. What happens next and when will I hear back?

    If your application is successful, we will contact you to arrange an initial interview.

  • Do I need to speak Swedish to apply?

    No, unless Swedish proficiency is specifically listed as a requirement in the job description.

    We are proud to have a diverse, international team. English is our primary working language, both internally and in our communication with clients.

  • Could I work at NewCore while living outside Sweden?

    No. All team members must be based in Sweden.

    We work from our Stockholm office on Tuesdays and Fridays. We meet in person for monthly townhalls and twice-yearly company conferences. If you live outside Stockholm, you will therefore need to travel to the city regularly.

  • Do you offer relocation support to Sweden?

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer relocation support. If you would like to join NewCore, you will need to arrange and cover your relocation to Sweden independently.
