What will you learn?

You will work across the entire product lifecycle, from investment and portfolio decisions to design, manufacturing, launch, service and phase-out. You will learn how business, people, processes, information and technology need to work together, and what happens when they don't.

What will you do?

As a consultant at NewCore, you work with multinational industrial clients where business strategy is translated into real products and lifecycle execution. From day one, we expect you to step into real client situations, contributing, challenging, and taking the lead where needed.

You will:

• Shape the assignment - understand the underlying need and define the work required

• Build trust - In client discussions, understand the client's challenge and help move it forward

• Drive and execute - structure the work and turn plans into into action

• Own the domain - build deep understanding quickly and become someone the client relies on

You have

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or similar, graduating/graduated 2024-2027

• Fluency in English, fluency in Swedish is a plus

• Strong analytical ability and structured thinking

• Strong interest in how systems work together - business logic, people/behaviors, and technology/information flows

• Interest in or exposure to industrial / physical product environments
